We came across PAL last year while looking for a new lab. I met Dr. Rossi who recently took over ownership, and was immediately impressed with his knowledge base and enthusiasm to not only make a better-quality product but build to build relationships with those prescribing. He has worked with us to expand his line. He kept a lot of the technicians who have worked at PAL over the last 40 years of business and who are extremely knowledgeable and accessible when inquiring about the specific needs or construction of a device. in addition, they use all of the latest technologies and scanners to assist our office production as well as having one of the quickest turnaround times in the business.
